The North Penn-Liberty Girls Tennis team earned their first win of the season by edging Wellsboro 3-2 at Packer Park in Wellsboro on Thursday, September 2.

The win improves North Penn-Liberty to 1-2 (1-2 NTL) while the loss drops the Lady Hornets to 0-3 (0-2 NTL). North Penn-Liberty resumes their schedule on Wednesday, September 8 at Bucktail. Wellsboro is back in action this afternoon against Jersey Shore in a non-league match at Packer Park.
