Jiu Jitsu – Episode 3: NAGA Team Championship Training
Several members of Contact Sports Club are currently training for a big jiu-jitsu competition in Albany, New York, taking place on February 15.
They represent a total of 32 divisions and hope to bring home the North American Grappling Association Team Championship belt.
In this episode, Ella has the privilege of talking to six competitors about their mental and physical preparations for the upcoming competition.
