Hornets Fall To Port Allegany On Senior Night
The Wellsboro Varsity Wrestling team fell 54-18 to Port Allegany during Senior Night on Friday, February 11.
Wellsboro won three matches on the evening, starting with freshman Alec Magli getting a forfeit at 106, senior Justice Harlan winning by forfeit at 285, and junior Aden Tom pinning Jacob Renner in 2:25 at 145.
The Gators scored forfeits at 113 and 132 and pin falls at 126, 138, 152, 160, 172, 189, and 215.
There was a double forfeit at 120.
The loss drops the Hornets to 3-10 (2-6 NTL).
