The biggest fundraising and charity event of the year…and the region…begins tomorrow. “Raise the Region” – a 30-hour online giving campaign – takes place from March 12 and 13. It’s designed to raise important funds for area nonprofits, and sponsors contribute stretch prizes and special incentives to maximize the impact of donations.

One of the nonprofits joining the campaign for the first time this year is Springbrook Academy. Springbrook Christian Academy in Wellsboro, PA, is a hybrid homeschool program dedicated to Kingdom education, integrating faith and academics to transform students through God’s Word. They partner with homeschool families to combine the best of private Christian schooling and homeschooling, fostering a love for Jesus in everything. As an independent, non-government-funded school, they rely on donations and God’s provision to uphold their mission and values.

Raise the Region begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 12th through Thursday, March 13th – at RaisetheRegion.org.
