On June 20, Carrie Heath, Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania’s 68th Legislative District, spoke to the Lycoming County Women Democrats at their annual picnic. Heath was joined by nine other Democratic women running for State House seats in Pennsylvania’s 12th Congressional District. Marc Friedenburg, Democratic candidate for the United States House of Representatives also attended.

Heath spoke about her plans to bring a Vocational and Technical school to her home district and to improve mental health services, especially for children and veterans in rural areas. She was accompanied by Wellsboro High School student volunteer Zoe Iseri. The two are pictured here in a photo taken by Mr. Friedenburg.
