Heart To Heart With Home Page Students

by John Vogt - July 15, 2020

On today’s feature broadcast we do something different. Three of our Home Page students have the opportunity to interview each other, giving you the chance to get to know them a little better. Ashayla Faulkner, Jared Wiker, and Karsen Kennedy share some important things right from their hearts that will encourage all of us. What comes from the heart touches a heart.

Normally during this time of year we are getting ready for our big training adventure in Washington, DC. Each year as part of their communications training, The Home Page Network takes our core staff and students to the Nation’s Capital for training time with Shannon Bream of FOX News and Royce White of the John Maxwell Group. Shannon and the folks at FOX help answer broadcasting questions, while Royce handles part of our Leadership Training. This year because of COVID-19, our trip was canceled. So Ashayla, Jared, and Karsen remember last year’s adventure and discuss what it meant to them.

The impact of COVID-19 on their lives is also covered. They take time to discuss training at The Home Page Network and what it means to them personally.

The most important part of this visit comes at the end of the program as each one reflects on what God is doing in their life. There is something here for all of us as we listen to their hearts.

We hope you will take a few moments to get to know three of our Home Page students a little better. We believe that this feature will be a blessing and help brighten your day.
