Good Eats at the 150th Annual Troy Fair!

by Samantha Morgan - July 30, 2026

Local food vendors at the Troy Fair have always found creative ways to offer delicious flavors to their customers, and this year is no exception. From the new and inventive bubble drinks at MK, to the savory smash burgers at the Bluebird Cafe, to the new waffle boats at The Pop Shop, to Stone Age BBQ’s slow-cooked selections, to the delicious maple treats at Mann’s Country Gardens, there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy at the 150th Troy Fair.
“My favorite part of the fair is definitely seeing all of the families out here, just the community spirit – it’s fun to see everyone having a good time,” said Logan Kenyon, owner of MK Bubble Drinks.

Jenna Ashby, owner of The Bluebird Food Truck, said, “My favorite part about Troy fair is it’s my hometown fair, so we see people that we haven’t seen in a while. We all get to catch up and my kids stay with us and work with us here and it’s just like a big family endeavor for us.”

“I enjoy just getting to see all the people and the customers. They keep coming back year after year and you know that they’re just stoked and excited to come get what they always do,” shared Chelsea Murray.

Doug Joseph, owner of Stone Age BBQ, stated, “Well, I only do one fair and this is it. It’s so clean, great people, everybody’s really good to everybody. I love all the vendors that I work with and it’s such a clean fair. I love to see all of the families and it’s local for me so I get to see everybody.

Sage Bradley of Mann’s Country Gardens shared, “I will walk around a little bit, but I prefer to be right here [at our booth] and I like to visit with the customers and we’re getting our kids involved so we’re teaching them how to run things a little bit and I guess my favorite part is just being here inside of our little nook with our family.”

Be sure to stop by these and other local vendors all throughout this week to treat yourself to the fair’s most delicious eats.
