This ladies’ free event begins on Friday night, July 31st, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and continues on Saturday, August 1st, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be gifts and surprises! Invite a friend or two to come along!

Teenagers are welcome!

Ladies, enjoy this fun, free event with friends and family, listening to the Getting Well in Wellsboro team members who present Movin Together tools such as Giving with Kayla Kennedy, Hydrating with Dr Mackenzie Milo, Sleeping with Dr. Lynn Scanlan, Laughing with Anja Stam, Adventuring with Linda Stager, Scheduling with Susan Kefover, Fitting Shoes with Ann Dunham Rawson, Breakfasting/Digesting with Jacqueline Towers, Protecting with Courtney Killian, and Thanking with Nicolle Mayo.
I will be doing safe and effective weight lifting with hand weights. NO weights to bring- no problem! Bring two cans of soup, beans, etc. for the weights, and after the event, we will give them to those in need.

Friday night will be dressy casual, and Saturday will be casual.

Food prepared by culinarian Brett Kenned. Music provided by Tina Colton and the Getting Well in Wellsboro band! Also, Johanna Vogt will be strolling through the event with her violin!

Within walking distance of the event is the Pine Creek Rail Trail, which was named Pennsylvania’s 2026 Trail of the Year! Hike, walk, or bike!

Coming to the event from out of the area? We recommend a place to stay for the event —like a home away from home—the Penn Wells Hotel and Lodge.
