Galeton Hosts Elementary Field Day
Last week, Galeton Area School District hosted their elementary Field Day. The students were able to participate in various different activities, such as bounce houses, lawn games, organized games, and water play – including a dunk tank. All students, kindergarten through 6th grade, were allowed to participate, bringing the total number of attendees to roughly 160. They ended the day with tug of war between classes and enjoyed delicious popsicles. Overall, the Field Day was reported to be a success, with students enjoying the festivities and friends.
