Dunham’s Corner – Mary Wells Days!
Did you know Wellsboro is named after Mary Wells Morris? Her husband, Benjamin Morris, was the founder of our beautiful town and named it after her. Traditionally, Mary Wells Days were town holidays celebrated by our area businesses, filled with fun, a parade, sales and more! While it may not be recognized by many anymore, Dunham’s Department store still pays homage with their Mary Wells Days sidewalk sale! On Friday, Saturday and Sunday (May 22, 23 & 24) you will find a vast assortment of deals and savings inside and out of Dunham’s for this special event.
