Dunham’s Corner – Gifts for Mother’s Day!

If you're taller than Mom or over 10yrs, you need to step up your gift game!

by Heather Weiner - May 8, 2017

Today on Dunham’s Corner, Ann Dunham Rawson’s lighthearted Mother’s Day feature is sure to leave you smiling—and full of great ideas for your mom on her special day!

“We all love Mother’s Day,” Ann relates, “And we all love the great gifts that our children give us!” Mothers will appreciate Ann’s memories of the thoughtful tokens of love that the little ones bring home—bouquets of dandelions, handmade jewelry, and Mother’s Day projects from school. “But if you are taller than your mom, or over the age of ten,” Ann suggests with a smile, “You need to step up your game, and we can help you do that here at Dunham’s Department Store.”

Dunham’s offers a wide array of thoughtful and affordable gifts for mothers and grandmothers of all ages—including beautiful handcrafted jewelry, classic and casual clothing, and an extensive selection of housewares that are perfect for mom. Dunham’s also has an assortment of items by local artist, Heather Mee.

There is something for everyone. “We’ve got looks for young moms, older moms, grandmas, active moms—you name it,” Ann says, “We’ve got it for your mom.” She also notes that during Dunham’s Mother’s Day Sale they are offering Mystery Bonus Bucks.

And don’t miss the fabulous, locally-grown, flowering hanging baskets at the Dunham’s Do It Center, which offers many other gift ideas for mom as well.

Ann also notes that the Men’s Department is getting a facelift, and offers fun socks and a wide assortment of other items to keep in mind for Father’s Day, which is also just around the corner.

“We hope today’s feature has helped you navigate Mother’s Day a little bit, and also shown you a few things that are new at Dunham’s Department Store,” Ann concludes. “Come back and see us next time, here at Dunham’s Corner!”
