Coaches Corner: State Tournament Track and Field Part 2 – Anneliese Getola
Anneliese Getola and her teammate, Dustin Hagin, will represent the Troy Area School District at the PIAA track and field championships being held at Shippensburg University this Friday May 27 and Saturday May 28. Getola will be competing in the 100 meter hurdles. Preliminaries start on Friday morning. A full schedule can be found at the piaa.org website.
Getola placed first in the 100 meter dash at the District IV tournament qualifying her for states. This will be the seniors first trip to the state tournament.
Getola sat down with Craig Route from Coaches Corner to discuss track, soccer, and her plans after graduation. Watch the video to get all the details. Be sure to watch part 1 with Dustin Hagin as well.
