Coaches Corner: featuring Tyler Sechrist
Tyler Sechrist, the head coach of the Canton Warriors football team, helped lead his players to an outstanding 13-1 season this fall. That is the most wins recorded by any varsity football team representing the Canton Area School District as well as the Northern Tier League. They also matched the outstanding 1990 team coached by Miller A. Moyer and Jake Shaffer by making it to the PIAA state semifinals.
Coach Sechrist sat down with Craig Route on Coaches Corner to discuss his position as head coach. Also, they reviewed this season and took a glimpse into the possibilities of next season. Check out the video to listen in on their conversation.
