Coaches Corner – featuring Ty Barrett
In recent years is has been hard to discuss Troy Trojan basketball without hearing the name Ty Barrett. An injury as a freshman kept him out most of that year, but ever since he has been a staple in the starting varsity lineup.
Last year the boys’ basketball team for Troy captured the NTL crown. Ty hopes to lead his team to another title and make a run in the playoffs. Along the way Ty may have the opportunity to break the school scoring record presently held by Jordy Brunell.
Ty sat down with Craig Route from Coaches Corner to discuss his development in the game and possibilities for the future. Be sure to watch the video to see what he has to say.
