Canton’s PBIS Carnival Closes Out the School Year
Canton Elementary School’s PBIS End of the Year Carnival, held last Tuesday May 27th, gave every student a chance to play exciting carnival games in order to win fun prizes. Students were asked to collect and bring in nickels, dimes, and quarters to spend on games or snacks. A few of these games included Plinko, ring toss, bean bag toss, ladder golf, and even an interactive Slot machine! Sixth grade students helped run the game stations and high school students ran the face painting booth.
After getting a chance to play the carnival games, students were able to then spend their tickets on an array of prizes, purchase snacks from the concession stand, or be entered for a chance to win a basketball or a volleyball. All the change collected from this event goes toward funding the PBIS program. Thank you to all the integral teachers, students, and volunteers who helped make this a day to remember.
