CANTON – Friday evening January 20th the (6-7)Canton Warriors hosted the (14-1)North Penn-Mansfield Tigers. The Tigers started the scoring early when Karson Dominick took a pass following the tipoff to the basket for two. The Warriors would tie it on their first possession, but Mansfield was able to build a 13-5 lead in the first.

The Warriors offense was held to just 9 points in the first half, but gained some momentum in the second half. The fourth quarter was their best, putting up 13 points and ending the game with a total of 29. Kyle Kapichock led the Warrior scorers with 9 points.

North Penn-Mansfield outscored Canton in every quarter ending the game with 54. Sam Lawrence led all Tiger scorers with 12 points.

Final score: North Penn-Mansfield 54, Canton 29.
