The Independent Baptist Church in Towanda is hosting a Family Life Youth Theatre Workshop on Friday, July 18th at 12 PM. One of the instructors for the week happens to be a familiar face to our Home Page viewers. Canton local Samantha Morgan has combined her passion for theatre and her love for God in the exciting role of youth theatre workshop instructor, having grown up participating in numerous performances, creating a personal “full-circle moment” for her.
“I have been a part of this program for a long time and I usually am on stage with the students,” says Morgan. “I was an actor in these programs, but now I have come back [for] my second year in a row and I am now a teacher for the youth theatre workshop, so it’s been a pleasure and it’s been an amazing full circle moment for me.”
Be sure to support the youth of Towanda at the Independent Baptist Church on Friday at 12 PM. Doors will open at 11:30, with seats ready to welcome family and friends.
