Canton Girls Basketball Surpasses Lady Mounties, 49-30
On Friday, February 7th the North Penn-Liberty Lady Mounties hosted the Canton Lady Warriors on the basketball court. The first quarter was neck and neck, both teams trading layups and jumpers with Canton cinching the quarter, 10-7. But the floodgates opened for the Lady Warriors for the remainder of the game and their defense held strong. By the end of regulation, Canton came out on top 49-30.
Canton will be back on the court on February 10th, hosting Williamson – and the Lady Mounties host Sayre on the 11th.
