Canton FFA Talks about Fundraiser, Ronald McDonald House Donations, and ACES Conference
Stepping into Mr. Hojnowski’s classroom was slightly overwhelming. From a full horse skeleton to fish tanks to FFA members it was quite a first impression. The FFA students wanted to let the public know about their Strawberry and Butter Braids fundraiser that is only available until Sunday, February 20th. Strawberries are always such a great way to experience summer time in the winter. And if you have never tried Butter Braids well, you need to. They are a delicious easy breakfast or dessert treat! They eve offer a savory variety. Here are the links. Be sure to pick your favorite FFA member.

The FFA members also gave me information about their collaboration with the Farm Bureau to collect donated items and loose change for the Ronald McDonald House. Community members can drop off loose change to the high school along with items for the Ronald McDonald house. Here is a link to items needed.
And lastly, FFA members told us about their upcoming trip to Harrisburg for the ACES Conference (Agricultural Cooperation Establishes Success). They share what they do and what their favorite thing was in past years. Overall my time with the FFA members was VERY inspirational.
