Please share this broadcast and bring your family and friends! The more the merrier! Getting Well in Wellsboro is for women of all ages, from teens to 120! If you are over 120 and would like to join us, you will need written permission from your doctor. Bring your daughters, mothers, sisters, female cousins, and grandmoms!

Come to hear speakers and receive gifts along the way! The author of the old/new Pine Creek Rail Trail Guidebook, Linda Stager, Dr. Lynne Scanlan, DO of Laurel Health, Ann Dunham Rawson, owner of Dunham’s Department Store, Painterland Sisters Yogurt, Hayley Painter, Dr. Niccole M. Movin’ Together Healthy Tool basket is filled with hope and healing. Sara attended college for medical technology training and completed her coursework at Guthrie Sayre Hospital. She is also a certified fitness trainer with the American Council on Exercise, based in California.

The speakers at the event will be sharing about the different tools, such as scheduling, hydrating, breakfasting, laughing, adventuring, protecting, digesting, sleeping, stretching, lifting, thanking and giving!

Click here for a PDF of the event schedule, speakers & their topics!

Again on Saturday, the fun begins at 9:00 am with breakfast, speakers, lunch, and then movement in the afternoon.
Thanks to Pastor Brett and the Wellsboro Vineyard Church for supporting this vision! Brett has volunteered to be the culinarian of this two day event! (Remember in 2017 Getting Well in Wellsboro was at the Penn Wells!)

For visitors to our area attending the event, we recommend the Penn Wells Hotel and Lodge for your stay.

For more information or questions, please e-mail Sara Vogt at saravogt@hpnnews.com With Getting Well in Wellsboro as the heading.

Movin’ Together is our focus as we learn and enjoy our time together. Great food, fun, and friendships!

Happy Trails to you until we meet again!
