On Saturday April 30th from 9 am to 4 pm the Blossburg Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting their first annual silent auction.

Funds raised will go towards the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCUBA) that firefighters rely on during emergency responses to structure fires and hazardous material exposures.

Auction tickets will be sold in packs of 26 for $10 and a 50-50 drawing will be held at 4:30 pm. You do not need to be present to win.

You will have over 100 items to pick from that have been donated from local organizations, businesses and individuals.

Donations will still be accepted until Friday April 29th and can be dropped off at the Blossburg Fire Hall from 6 pm – 8 pm each evening next week.
