Blossburg Library Encourages Community To Give To “Raise the Region”
“Raise the Region” is a unique 30-hour online giving campaign. It gives you an opportunity to support local 501c3 non-profits by helping them raise as much money as possible. The Blossburg Memorial Library is excited about this event, as its the first time it has expanded to include Tioga County.
