The appeal is directed to our morbid curiosity and the dark side of human nature. People are becoming more cynical and hard-hearted. The social media trolls are ruthless.

In contrast, The Home Page Network has decided to swim against today’s media current. We are committed to covering the good things that happen in a community.

We focus on stories grounded in family, faith, and freedom. We are very inclusive in our approach. So, while we love our football team and appreciate our community leaders, we also cover the band, our coaches, cheerleaders, basketball, tennis, track and field, the golf team, and even those students that excel academically.

We cover our seniors and our history. We cover our youth and their vision for the future. We spotlight the many extraordinary events that happen and do our best to influence our communities for good. And, we partner with our faith communities for the REALLY GOOD NEWS. If we need to cover a difficult story, we do it professionally without milking a tragedy for clicks. We want to see our recipe for disseminating good news and information grow and spread across our land.

When COVID-19 struck, without reservation, we turned our airwaves over to The Tioga County COVID-19 Task Force, our County Commissioners, State Representative Clint Owlett, and our Wellsboro Police Department as a public service to you our Home Page viewers.

We are also wholeheartedly dedicated to training young people in the area of communications – a skill that will help them succeed in life no matter what they choose to do vocationally.
