Another 4th of July to Remember in Mansfield
Once again, the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce and volunteers from the community have created a 4th of July to remember for one and all! All your favorite things about a 4th of July celebration will be taking place from morning through dusk in Mansfield.
The Lions Club will be grilling chickens for pick up at 10:00 in Smythe Park followed by the exciting Main Street Parade at 11:00. There’s a beer Garden in the parking lot behind the Currie-Wilston Funeral Home, and on Smythe Park a Corn Hole Tournament, Ponies & carts and mini-tractors for kids, the annual Gate House Art Auction, Bingo, Back Yard Olympics, vendors of all kinds and lots of great food!
Something new this year is a Mind Quest adventure event for kids, which is sure to be a big hit!
All through the day there will be local entertainment culminating in a concert by award-winning Gabe Stillman, a renowned blues singer and guitarist at 6:00. And of course, no 4th of July is complete without fireworks on the park at dusk!
