All Aboard Benedict’s Bus Tours!

by Lauren Gooch - February 17, 2017

Benedict’s Bus Service provides the perfect opportunity for those of us who are interested in traveling, but dread planning the activities and driving. These motor coach bus rides provide the ultimate in comfort and safety for their passengers. Whether you’re looking to travel overseas, or visit places around the United States, Benedict’s has the perfect trip for you! Through day trips, multi-day tours, relaxing cruises, and more, Benedict’s Bus Service provides an exceptional experience!

Home Page correspondent Lauren Gooch had the opportunity to speak with co-owners Tammy Mengee and Maria Frank about the history of Benedict’s Bus Service. This family business was founded by their grandfather in 1964. In the beginning, the company only featured school buses and tractors, but now has a fleet of six motorcoach buses to accommodate their passengers. To continue with the family tradition, Tammy’s children share her passion for travel. Her oldest child, Taylor, has been traveling since her first trip to Tennessee when she was three months old. Her youngest child, Kayla, has been traveling since she was three weeks old, when she went on her first Hawaiian cruise.

For a complete listing of Benedict’s trips and to make reservations, please visit their website or call their office at (570) 724-5867.
