A Taste of Tioga: Sampling the Flavors of the County Fair
The Tioga County Fair is off to a great start, and this year’s food scene is serving up more than just cotton candy and funnel cakes. From sizzling burgers to sweet maple treats, we hit the fairgrounds to sample some of the best bites the fair has to offer—and our taste buds were not disappointed.
We stopped by local favorites and new hits alike, including Red Horse Grill, The Bluebird Food Truck, Hurds Curds, Papa’s Patties, MK Bubble Drinks, Miller’s Purely Maple, and even fundraisers like the New Covenant Academy booth. Highlights from our tasting tour included crispy fried pickle chips, flavorful rice bowls, juicy burgers, bubble drinks that popped with color and flavor, and a standout maple ice cream sandwich that perfectly captured the sweetness of summer.
Check out the video for all the delicious details and see which fair food might just become your new favorite.
The Tioga County Fair runs through this Saturday — come hungry!
