A Merry and Bright Weekend in Canton!
Canton’s annual Light Night event will be this Friday, Nov. 29 at 6 pm. As always, the event will feature a ceremonial lighting of the borough’s Christmas lights, as well as a live nativity at Canton’s Mini Park on East Main Street.
The celebration will continue into Saturday, as the Rialto Theatre will host a free community Christmas movie event from 10 am to 2 pm. The theater will screen three animated classics: “A Flintstones Christmas”, “Peanuts Christmas Tales”, and “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. So, whether you’re looking to stroll under the lights or cozy up for a family movie, Canton has something to fill you with Christmas cheer this weekend.
