Hornets dominate 2nd half against Towanda
Just like last week against Montgomery, junior Aidan Hauser returned a second-half kickoff for a touchdown to spark the Wellsboro Varsity Football team in a 30-3 road win over Towanda on Friday, September 14.

“We shot ourselves in the foot a lot and put the ball on the ground, had a touchdown called back due to a hold and some penalties inside the 10 twice in the first half,” head coach Matt Hildebrand said. “We had the potential to be up 21 points in the first half I feel like and we didn’t have that. We responded well in the second half and that’s what I’m most proud of.”
