MU 152nd Commencement
Five hundred forty one students received degrees at Mansfield University’s 152nd Commencement on Saturday, May 13 at Decker Gymnasium.

MU President Fran Hendricks, a 1979 Mansfield graduate, told the graduates, “You will hear your name and your degree called, then you will across this stage and your life will be changed forever. The key for all is to venture forth and boldly use your Mansfield education and experience to boldly open the doors of opportunity that await each of you.”

3 Methods to Improve Your Decor
Creating continuity, or rhythm, is one of the basic principles of design and is essential to achieving a visually pleasant decorating scheme. This rhythm allows one design element to flow to the next and assists the eye to move freely throughout an interior space. Without this flow, a room can actually feel awkward. As a decorator, I am frequently called upon by clients to help them create this harmonious flow in their homes.

It doesn’t matter if you’re designing one room or many, either way you must consider the whole house as a series of spaces linked together by halls and stairways. Each room does not have to be the same, but they do need to complement each other to strengthen the overall design composition.

Top 5 SWEET Games to Play!
It’s time to follow your sweet tooth down to Peggy’s Candies & Gifts in Wellsboro, PA and join in on the fun! Today’s episode presents the Top Five Sweetest Games to play.
The first game is called Truffle Shuffle. The rules: order an assortment of chocolate truffles and mix them in a bag or box. While blindfolded (or closing your eyes), have a friend pick a truffle from the bag and feed it to you and try to guess the flavor. Take turns back and forth between friends until the tasty truffles are gone. Whoever guesses correctly the most, wins!

On the Radar – Story of a Crash
Crashes are the leading cause of death for those aged 16-24. In addition to fatalities, 100’s of thousands more are injured – many critical and with lifelong effects. 80% of crashes are due to some sort of driver error. That means we can do more to try to prevent them.

Megan’s story (as told in today’s video feature) was one of the fortunate ones. She was distracted for a short amount of time and found her vehicle out of control and eventually upside down. Her vehicle was totaled, but thankfully no one else was involved and she was wearing her seatbelt. Without her seatbelt, her story could easily have ended very differently, very tragically.

Pursue Adventure at His Thousand Hills!
His Thousand Hill’s weeklong summer camps are almost here! Teen camp will be taking place from June 12th-16th; and Junior Camp will be taking place from June 19th-23rd. This year’s theme titled “Pursue” encourages kids and teens to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace. Kids and teens will have the opportunity to have an incredible adventure with all of HTH’s facilities; which include a 40-foot climbing wall, archery, basketball, roller-skating, and so much more. Campers will also be in very good hands with certified instructors, highly trained staff, two counselors in every cabin, onsite emergency teams, healthy meals, and the love of Jesus being shared.
