In this feature, Wellsboro Home Page had the opportunity to visit Highland Chocolates. They are a non-profit entity of Partners in Progress, providing employment for developmental disabled residents of Tioga County. Currently they have 20 employees, who work one, two, or three days a week in six hours shifts. Their jobs include sorting pretzels for chocolate covered pretzels and their famous pretzel bark. They also make chocolate molds of many varieties, and a host of other sweet treats. Highland chocolates can also personalize products meeting your fund-raising needs.
