MU PSYCH CENTRAL: HOW TO BE POSITIVE
Research conducted on positive psychology, thus far, has found impressive results from implementing thought exercises created to shift a person’s negative thinking into helpful optimism. Some examples include:

· Recording three good things that happened in a given day and how they happened.

· Identifying your top five character strengths and using them for a week, then recording the outcome.

· Making a list of things that are most meaningful to you with how much time you spend in the activity.

· Expressing gratitude to others and through journaling.

MOVIN’ TOGETHER – THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH

Of course, we have all heard how important it is to drink water, which I knew as well—but sometimes the knowing and the doing do not match. As a wife or mom or grandmom or whatever your role, hydration plays a great role in helping you to feel your best.
