HORNETS STING WILDCATS, 62-49
The Wellsboro Green Hornets hosted the Athens Wildcats Friday night. This game was a key league match up for both teams in the NTL large school division.
The Hornets iced the game behind the outstanding free throw shots of freshman guard Quinn Henry. Quinn was 9 for 10 from the foul line for the game. His offensive decision making and aggressive defense was one of the key factors in the Hornets beating Athens 62 to 49.

PENN WELLS CULINARY CLASS – PAN SAUCES
On Thursday’s broadcast, Chef Fry teaches how to make four different pan sauces that are guaranteed to transform an ordinary meal into a fine dining experience. He starts with a heavenly Alfredo sauce, followed by an unbelievable Basil Pesto sauce that fills the air with a most delightful aroma.

The third sauce that Chef Fry teaches us to make is my personal favorite. It’s The Penn Wells Pasta Primavera sauce. It was difficult for me to stay with camera #2 when we shot this. I really wanted to put the camera down and reach for a plate. It looked and smelled simply amazing. Now, thanks to The Penn Wells Culinary Class with Chief Fry, Sara and I can give this wonderful sauce a try in our own kitchen the next time Regis, Lydia and Baby Tucker come home for a visit.

The last sauce featured on Thursday’s broadcast is… I’m not going to tell you. It’s a surprise. You will have to watch to find out. But, I will tell you this: it is surprisingly easy to prepare and your guest may toss their manners and lick the plate. Yes, it’s that good.

BACK TO BASICS – FREEDOM
Life isn’t easy. Sometimes the pressure becomes so overwhelming that you feel imprisoned by your circumstances. Maybe it’s been a long time since you felt like you could handle the demands of your job, or your children, or your finances. Maybe you’ve been living with pain or regret. Maybe you’ve made some choices that have taken you down a path you never intended to take. Or maybe you’re struggling through a trial that is completely out of your control. No matter what it is that caused you to feel this way, all you know is that the pain is real and life isn’t easy.

So what should you do? You’ve probably been trying to answer that question for quite some time. You’ve tried to ignore it, distract yourself from it, or apply the latest advice from the most popular self help books, but nothing seems to help. Could it be that you’ve been looking in all the wrong places?

The good news is that there is hope! All of your circumstances — even the most difficult ones — are there for a reason. If you are feeling imprisoned by the circumstances of life, you can be set free today! But first, you’ve got to get back to basics.
