Please join the Tioga County Department of Human Services for a presentation by Carl Dawson from the National Drug Court Institute on the Psychopharmacology of Addiction. Mr. Dawson has been actively working and lecturing in the field of Substance Use Disorders, Treatment, and Recovery for 33 years. He will change the way you think about the impact of drugs on the human brain and human behavior, and you will leave the presentation with a new perspective on the epidemic facing our fellow citizens.

When: Monday, July 24th, 2017: Registration at 8:00 AM, Presentation from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Who: Anyone who has an interest in learning about addiction. The public is welcome.
