Heavy rains cause flooding!

by Joe Carreon - May 16, 2014

Heavy rains plagued Tioga County overnight causing major flooding to areas across the region. Many residents had flooding close to their homes but no damage has been reported. The flooding has caused some roadways to be completely un-driveable. We urge motorists to use extreme caution if driving around these areas. Some of the areas majorly affected are along route 6 between Asaph and Ansonia, Marsh Creek road and Morris. Motorists should also use caution on 660 heading toward the grand canyon one mile outside of animal-land.

Special thanks to Remote Intelligence for the aerial footage.
